Buying at the  SUPPORT


 I want to tell you something

              There is a village. One boy going to the school through some meadows.
One day he decided to disturb the working people in the form. 
He started shouting like Tiger...Tiger.
People gathered and came to rescue him, but when they came to the boy, he is simply smiled and said, I just made it for fun. 
People left the place, after 2 days the school going boy did the same  thing with the working men
and shouting for help.
This time also people came to rescue him, but they haven't find any tiger around the corner, this time people warned him not to repeat. Unfortunately the boy repeated it for 5 times & people get fooled by believing him.
                        But this time the boy saw the real tiger and shouted for help, now no one came to rescue. Everyone thinks that the kid is Playing the game with them. 
But after an hour the tiger come from the bush, and ran away from the village. The boy who played the game is no more. 

Why I am telling this to you all, recently we have seen a significant move to the upside in the markets. Every dip people bought and enjoy the "Pull Back", but today's dip buyers got trapped and made
huge losses.
What it mean for traders?
Institutions can give an opportunity 1,2,3...many times, but one day that will take all profits back.
 So try to understand the markets and behaviors, 
just by doing
Analysis 
Reading 
Experiencing & sharing. 
"Do not fallow anything blindly"

The inner meaning of the "DOUBLE BOTTOM"

  What is the inner meaning of the double bottom? Whenever a stock comes to the support we look for buying opportunities. Here I am trying to explain the concept behind the double bottom. You have to be open-minded about the context, focus on the price instead of a pattern. If you observe the price alone, the stock started falling from the level “R”, i.e. said to be resistant. Now you need to find good support to buy. If you observe the price @ “1”, the stock is halting and taking a sort of up move called pullback. But we won't consider it as strong support. Why?
